Accessibility Statement

Our commitment to making Increeks accessible to everyone.

Last updated: 31 March 2026Effective: 1 April 2026

Our Commitment

Increeks is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and for users of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to our website, applications, and digital communications.

We believe that every person — regardless of ability, device, network speed, or context — deserves equal access to information and services. Accessibility is not an afterthought; it is a core design principle embedded into our product and design process from day one.

This statement applies to the Increeks website at increeks.com and any sub-domains or client-facing portals operated directly by Increeks. It is reviewed and updated at least annually.

Standards We Follow

We target conformance with the following standards and guidelines:

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA

WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our primary conformance target. This standard is published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and covers four core principles — content must be Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR). Level AA success criteria address the widest range of disabilities without imposing undue burden on content providers.

Legal Frameworks

JurisdictionApplicable Law / StandardOur Position
United StatesAmericans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III; Section 508 of the Rehabilitation ActWe design to ADA Title III requirements for places of public accommodation and apply Section 508 technical standards for electronic content.
European UnionEN 301 549 (Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services)EN 301 549 v3.2.1 incorporates WCAG 2.1 Level AA and is our benchmark for EU-facing content.
IndiaRights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act 2016; Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW)As an Indian-headquartered company, we align with the RPwD Act 2016 and the GIGW accessibility standards where applicable.

Implemented Accessibility Features

The following features have been implemented across the Increeks website:

  • Skip Navigation Link: A visible "Skip to main content" link appears on keyboard focus at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repeated navigation.
  • Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements — links, buttons, form fields, modals — are fully operable via keyboard alone. Focus order follows a logical reading sequence.
  • ARIA Landmarks: Semantic HTML landmarks (<header>, <main>, <nav>, <footer>, <aside>) and ARIA roles are used to communicate page structure to assistive technologies.
  • Colour Contrast: We maintain a minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and UI components against their backgrounds, in compliance with WCAG 1.4.3 and 1.4.11.
  • Resizable Text: Text can be resized up to 200% in browser settings without loss of content or functionality (WCAG 1.4.4).
  • Alternative Text: All meaningful images carry descriptive alt text. Purely decorative images carry an empty alt="" attribute so screen readers skip them.
  • Focus Indicators: Visible focus outlines are displayed on all interactive elements to aid keyboard and switch-access users.
  • No Seizure-Inducing Content: We do not publish content that flashes more than three times per second, in compliance with WCAG 2.3.1 (Three Flashes or Below Threshold).
  • Form Labels: All form inputs carry associated <label> elements or aria-label attributes, with clear error messages and suggestions on invalid input.
  • Language Attribute: The lang attribute is set on the <html> element for correct screen reader pronunciation.

Scope

This accessibility statement covers the following digital properties operated by Increeks:

  • Primary website: https://increeks.com — including all public-facing pages (Home, About, Product Studio, Design Studio, INQB Zone, Blog, Contact, and all legal/policy pages).
  • Sub-domains: Any sub-domain directly owned and operated by Increeks (e.g. app.increeks.com, admin.increeks.com) is subject to the same accessibility standards.
  • Client-facing portals: Portals and dashboards delivered to clients as part of our Product Studio or INQB Zone services, to the extent Increeks controls the front-end codebase.

This statement does not cover third-party websites linked from our pages, nor client-operated systems where Increeks has handed over technical control. See the Third-Party Content section for details.

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, some areas of the site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are actively working to resolve all known issues. Current known limitations include:

PDF Documents

Some older PDF documents published before April 2026 (e.g., older case studies, brochures) may not be fully accessible. Specifically:

  • They may lack proper reading order tags for screen readers.
  • Images within older PDFs may not have alternative text.
  • Form fields in some PDFs may not be keyboard-accessible.

Our plan: We are systematically remediating all published PDFs by 30 June 2026. In the meantime, if you require an accessible version of any document, please contact us at accessibility@increeks.com and we will provide an accessible alternative within 2 business days.

Third-Party Embedded Content

Certain embedded widgets — including video players, social media embeds, and third-party analytics dashboards — are provided by external vendors and may not meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have no direct control over the accessibility of these components.

Legacy Blog Content

Some images in blog articles published before our accessibility audit (Q1 2026) may be missing descriptive alt text. We are systematically auditing and updating this content.

Complex Data Visualisations

Interactive charts and graphs on some portfolio pages convey information visually that is not yet fully available in text or tabular form. We are adding data-table alternatives alongside all complex visualisations.

Assistive Technology Support

We test our website with the following assistive technologies and browser combinations to verify accessibility:

Assistive TechnologyBrowserPlatform
NVDA (latest stable)Google ChromeWindows 11
JAWS 2025Google Chrome, Microsoft EdgeWindows 11
VoiceOverSafarimacOS Sequoia, iOS 18
TalkBackChrome for AndroidAndroid 14
Keyboard-only navigationChrome, Firefox, EdgeWindows & macOS

We also test against browser zoom at 200% and 400%, high-contrast mode on Windows, and reduced-motion preferences (prefers-reduced-motion: reduce). Animations and transitions are suppressed when this preference is detected.

If you experience difficulties using our site with an assistive technology not listed above, please contact us at accessibility@increeks.com with details of the technology and the problem you encountered.

Feedback & Contact

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Increeks website. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, or if a page does not meet your accessibility needs, please let us know so we can make improvements.

How to Contact Us

What to Include

To help us investigate and resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  1. The URL or page name where you encountered the problem.
  2. A description of the accessibility barrier you experienced.
  3. The assistive technology and browser/OS you were using (if applicable).
  4. Your preferred format for the response (e.g., plain text email, phone call, large print).

Response Time

We aim to acknowledge all accessibility feedback within 2 business days and provide a substantive response or resolution within 10 business days. Complex issues requiring development work will be assigned to our accessibility backlog with a projected resolution date communicated to you.

Formal Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response to your accessibility feedback, you may escalate the matter through the following channels:

Internal Escalation

  1. Step 1 — Initial Contact: Email accessibility@increeks.com with your complaint. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days.
  2. Step 2 — Review: If you are unsatisfied with the initial response, request escalation to our Head of Design & Engineering by replying to the thread and including "ESCALATE" in the subject line.
  3. Step 3 — Executive Review: If the matter remains unresolved, you may contact our founding team at hello@increeks.com for executive review.

External Bodies

If our internal process does not resolve your complaint satisfactorily, you may contact an external body depending on your jurisdiction:

  • India: Office of the Chief Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities (CCPD), Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
  • United States: U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division — Disability Rights Section; or the U.S. Access Board.
  • European Union: The national supervisory authority in your EU member state responsible for enforcing the Web Accessibility Directive.

Enforcement

Increeks acknowledges the legal obligations imposed by accessibility legislation in the jurisdictions in which we operate and serve users. Non-compliance with accessibility standards may expose organisations to:

  • India: Penalties under the RPwD Act 2016, including fines and directives to remediate non-conformant content within specified timeframes.
  • United States: Litigation under ADA Title III; DOJ enforcement actions; Section 508 compliance requirements for federal contractors.
  • European Union: Enforcement under the EU Web Accessibility Directive (2016/2102/EU) by national authorities; potential penalties under the European Accessibility Act (EAA) from June 2025 onwards.

We take these obligations seriously. Our accessibility programme is overseen by our Head of Design & Engineering, with quarterly reporting to executive leadership.

Third-Party Content

Our website may include content or tools provided by third parties. We do not control these third-party services and cannot guarantee they meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Third-party content on the Increeks website includes:

  • Analytics & performance monitoring: We use privacy-conscious analytics services. Where these set cookies or inject JavaScript, they may not be screen-reader-transparent.
  • Maps: Any embedded mapping services (e.g., for office location) rely on third-party map providers whose accessibility varies by vendor.
  • Video embeds: Videos hosted on third-party platforms are subject to those platforms' accessibility implementations. We include caption tracks and transcripts for all videos we produce.
  • Social media embeds: Social feeds or share widgets are governed by the accessibility policies of the respective platform.
  • Payment processors: During checkout or payment flows, you may be redirected to a payment provider's hosted page. These pages are governed by the provider's own accessibility statement.

When selecting third-party tools, we include accessibility as a vendor evaluation criterion and prefer vendors who publish VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) documentation or equivalent conformance reports.

Review Schedule

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time task. Increeks follows a structured review programme to ensure continued conformance:
